Four things we hear every week
-
"Fix one thing and break another."
Every change to your Lovable, Bolt, Base44, or Replit app breaks something else, and the credits keep burning.
-
"I have completed maybe 80 percent."
The last stretch will not finish, and you have paying customers waiting.
-
"The agency stopped responding."
The people who built it have folded, moved on, or gone quiet, and you cannot get into your own code.
-
"Really need a person to escalate this to."
Something broke, data went missing, or a customer found a security hole, and there is nobody who owns the system.
If one of these is you, the assessment is built for it.
The assessment
Four days of senior engineering time over two weeks. The output is a decision, not a report you file.
What will break
A read of your code, database, hosting, security, and backups. We tell you what fails at the next 500 users, what a customer can see that they should not, and what you would lose if the database went tomorrow.
What it costs to fix
A priced plan: what to do first, what can wait, and what it costs to make the product something you can sell on, raise on, or run without worrying.
Fix, rebuild, or stop
A clear recommendation, presented to you and anyone else with a say. Half the fee is credited if you go ahead with NorTech within 30 days.

The alternatives
Why not just keep going?
- Keep prompting the AI tool
- It built the first 70 percent. The last 30 is where production lives: staging, backups, security, tests. The tools do not do that for you.
- Hire a freelancer for a few hundred dollars
- Fine for a bug. Not for finding out what you do not know you have.
- An agency
- A$50,000 and up, and the reviews say "triple the time, triple the cost". You might need one later. Find out first.
- A fractional CTO
- Advice at A$5,000 to A$15,000 a month, and you still need someone to do the work.
- NorTech
- A senior engineering team that owns the system, the capacity to act on it, and a fixed price to start.
Track record
Live platforms, named clients
-
PRX Vault
Wagering and payments, 4 million users. Took over the live platform from the previous agency, rebuilt it without downtime, and ran engineering for two years under a technical partner retainer.
-
LuckyBet
Online betting. Built from concept to production for an operator with industry experience and no technical team.
-
LivFree
Education technology. Built from concept to production, with ongoing technical advisory.
-
NorTech took PRX Vault from a concept to a live product with users, building the architecture, the team and the release process from scratch. Everything shipped tested, measured and supportable, and the team translated business problems into technical delivery better than anyone we have worked with.
Ian Parke, COO, PRX Vault. Paraphrased from his LinkedIn recommendation.
-
NorTech was a useful sounding board on architecture and early product decisions, quick to dig into a problem, with a broad technical toolkit from working across several startups.
Nicholas Kratochvil, founder, LivFree. Paraphrased from his LinkedIn recommendation.

How it works
- Two minutes. Answer four questions below.
- Thirty minutes. If it fits, book a call. We look at what you have built, you tell us what is going wrong.
- Two weeks. The assessment runs. Read-only access, no changes to your product.
- One decision. Fix, rebuild, or stop, with the plan and the price.
Check if we can help
Four questions. Then a booking link if it fits.
We only take on products that are built and in use. If yours is still an idea, say so in question 1 and we will point you somewhere useful.
